Chatham University is a fully accredited, nonsectarian institution that consists of three distinct Colleges:
1) Chatham College for Women that offers baccalaureate degrees to women only;
2) College for Graduate Studies provides students with master's and doctoral degrees and teacher certification to both women and men;
3) College for Continuing and Professional Studies which offers undergraduate, graduate, professional and continuing education online to both women and men.
The University prepares its students, bachelors through doctoral level, on campus and around the world and offers excellent career preparation informed by the liberal arts. The main goal of the University is to develop students' personal, professional, and leadership skills through intensive study, internships, study abroad, service learning, leadership training opportunities, hands-on learning, and personal development seminars.
Chatham University creates an academic and social environment where students and professors in the classroom work together. The Student Affairs Division at Chatham assists students in becoming active members of campus community, through a range of programs and services.
AdmissionsThe admissions counselors will ask you any question and provide with needed information. The College personally assigns a counselor to all prospective students which help you to arrange for you to speak with current students, faculty and financial aid coordinators, and even assist you in the application process.
