The Culinary Institute Alain & Marie LeNotre (CIAML) is a private school situated in the very joyful city of Houston, Texas. The CIAML offers the highest level of faculty, programs, recipes and ingredients for its chef-students, aiding them learn a maximum number of recipes and skills in a minimum amount of time. The Institute is accredited by Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) and approved for quality education by the American Culinary Federation Foundation.
Admissions
Students can start participation year-round. Applications are allowed continuously. Applicants should submit a formal application, an essay, and have a high school diploma or GED; essay for scholarship consideration for those who are eligible. School sponsored M1 and F1 visas.
Financial Aid
Financial assistance includes grants, loans, scholarships and work-study programs presented to a student to assist in paying tuition, fees, and living expenses. The Culinary Institute Alain and Marie LeN?tre is an approved Title IV recipient. Financial assistance is available to those who are eligible.
Job placement assistance
The student services office offers orientation and support for current students as well as assistance with resumes, advising, and job placement. Besides, you can arrange a meeting with the Director of Admissions during office hours or by appointment. Our students and graduates are constantly employed at the premium restaurants and hospitality establishments.

Fast Track Training
The Culinary Institute has created fast track only programs: 20 to 40 weeks, for the “practical” diplomas and 60 weeks for each Associate of Applied Science Degree (Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts).
A La Carte
All classes at the CIAML can be taken a la carte (individual price for each class). Besides, they can be broken down by week to center on specific recipes and skills.
More Recipes
Practical courses in the cooking and baking laboratories are 90% practical and incorporate more recipes than any other School (20-30 feats of skill and recipes a week).
International Chefs, International Recipes
French qualified chef instructors teach our practical classes. They present their eminent years of international experience in fashionable restaurants and bakeries in a responsive and qualified environment with individualized attention to every "chef student". Except French Recipes, students will study classical, Italian, Asian, Spa and American Original recipes.

Learn Classical Principles
Traditionally, the French were the first to classify cooking and baking techniques. These techniques once comprehended and mastered, can be applied to any regional or personal style. With the direct support from our Chefs, students can study the basic techniques, as well as the preparation of specific dishes and advance through the hundreds of competencies that make up the backbone of French Cuisine.
Have Fun While Learning
Make friends and have fun while learning practically, five days or three evenings a week. Then relax and be seated to a complimentary meal, cooked by you and your fellow chef-students. In addition, a free coffee and espresso bar is open all day to students having a break from their studies.

Get qualified in an international Art form that is enjoyable and financially worthwhile. With our diplomas or degrees on your resume, doors will open for you all over the world.
We promise to facilitate, for our best Diploma graduates, voluntary internships in France. The eligible students may decide to work in selected restaurants. To be qualified students have to complete program C with an average grade of an “A”.
Small Class Sizes
We promise to limit our practical classes to 12 students for each class. A small class size lets the teachers more time focus on the students separately.
