International Business College's mission is education of students for the demands of current business world. With the help of high tech equipment and competent teachers, we can give students the skills and preparation that make them more competitive in present job market.
We think the intention of vocational training is to provide the students with skills needed to start and constantly progress in their selected area. The school also believes in being a positive force in the society via involvement in volunteer services, community boards, and service-based organizations.
We are a helpful institution where the greatest interest of the student comes first. Our practical training and special teaching aid every student to acquire the knowledge required to successfully complete their program and have the greatest chance of reaching their career objectives.
Financial Aid
The Financial Aid Department has been created to give assistance through grant and loan programs to eligible students. The financial need of the student is evaluated prior to financial assistance is given. This policy is based on the principle that the main responsibility for paying for tuition belongs to the students.
A financial assistance package that contains information and a request for grant and loan programs, is offered for every student. Other resources, like Social Security and Veterans Educational benefits will be taken into account in determining a student's financial need. The student doesn’t oblige to accept all types of financial assistance offered. The entire tuition not covered by financial assistance will be the individual responsibility of the student.
All applicants have to meet with a Financial Aid Representative to fill out the needed documentation. The Financial Aid Department knows that every student's situation is exclusive; thus, every application is kept confidential and is examined and judged on an individual basis.
Career Placement
It is the policy of International Business College's Job Placement Department to help students with getting employment after graduation. Before and after graduation, the Job Placement Office will direct the students in career improvement skills and help the students with finding employment in their particular area. Students have to provide the Job Placement Office with a current resume and to keep reasonable attendance and grade point average to preserve their placement benefit. The Job Placement Office will embrace, but is not narrowed to:
1. Job readiness training.
2. Providing practical preparation and help with job applications, resumes, interviews, and other interrelated subjects.
3. Contacting employers to discover job openings and arrange interviews.
4. Being aware of the contemporary demands of the job market.
5. Leading students to prospective employment opportunities.
6. Internship training accessible upon eligibility.
Analogous help is provided for graduates. Although International Business College offers employment placement assistance, it cannot secure or guarantee employment.
