At NYADI all the classrooms are equipped with modern computers that allow using the presentation materials. Students learn by utilizing the same equipment used by General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota and Caterpillar. Students learn to use factory procedures to properly diagnose different problems and fix it.

- Master Certified Automotive Technician (16 Courses, Full Time 12 Months / Part Time 18 Months)
- Certified Automotive Technician (10 Courses, Full Time 8 Months / Part Time 12 Months)
- Master Truck & Diesel Technician (16 Courses, Full Time 12 Months / Part Time 18 Months)
- Certified Truck & Diesel Technician (10 Courses, Full Time 8 Months / Part Time 18 Months)
- Master Certified Collision Repair Technician (16 Courses, Full Time 12 Months / Part Time 18 Months)
AdmissionsThe admission requirements of the New York ADI are the following:
- prospective students have to be at least 17 and have parental permission if the student is less that 18. If an applicant has a release letter from the high school, he/she may enroll at 16 1/2
- future students who do not have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED) have to take and pass an independently administered standardized examination.
CareersThe Placement Department of the New York ADI is ready to help students to find a job in their field of study after graduating from New York ADI. The cooperation of the Placement Department with industry employers helps to keep employment opportunities open. Some of the area's leading employers including companies such as H.O. Penn, U-Haul, New York Bus Service, Mercedes-Benz, Infiniti and others have actively employed the students of the New York ADI.
Financial AidFinancial aid is offered to all those who are eligible. In order to establish what type of aid a student is qualified to receive, he/she should visit Financial Aid Department of the New York ADI. Working staff of the Financial Aid Department are ready to help in guiding students through the process of application. The department works with various lending institutions and can assist you in applying for the various loans for which you may qualify.
