Curricular
To keep abreast of current business trends while still planning for the challenges of the future, PTI maintains modern facilities, state-of-the-industry equipment, the latest instructional materials, and faculty members with the requisite academic and professional backgrounds. Our curricula are frequently reviewed to assure that each training program is kept attuned to the needs of the industry.

Entrance is open to career-minded people who want to obtain the advanced skills that only a visual college can provide. Whether you are looking to break into the field of drafting or trying to advance an already established industry career, Precision Technical Institute offers the visua arts program for you.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.) certificate or a certificate that demonstrates they have met the requirements of the High School Proficiency Exam. For applicants under the age of 18, we will need written approval from a parent or guardian.
Additionally, because we want to make sure all applicants have what it takes to succeed in the recording engineer program, we administer an evaluation prepared by Wonderlic, a nationally recognized student and employee assessment company.

Financial Aid
Eligible students may qualify for Sallie Mae's "Career Training Loan."   Sallie May's pricing is structured so you get the best possible terms, based on your credit history.  You can borrow from a minimum of $1,000 up to the total cost of your education, less other aid received.  This includes tuition and expenses such as books, fees, a computer and living expenses.  Up to 60% of the tuition amount is allowable for expenses, not to exceed $6,000.
