TWS was founded in 1949 by two welders who recognized a strong demand for skilled tradesman in their industry. Nearly 60 years later, Tulsa Welding School has evolved into an educational establishment that prepares students for welding and inspection careers in a multitude of welding applications and specialties. 

The main goal of TWS is to produce "World Class Welders and Welding Inspectors." University’s staff trains graduates for the skills, knowledge, and the workplace attitudes essential to enter the profession of welding. Graduates who put forth the dedication, commitment to excel, and workplace experience in their welding or inspection profession can achieve world class levels of execution .All students are the heart of Tulsa Welding School.
