Wesley College offers a general education course of study for the student who plans to transfer to a senior liberal arts college.
Wesley College offers four year degree programs in Pastoral Ministry, Christian Education, Missions, Christian Counseling, and a two year general education program. Pastoral Ministry graduates from the recent years classes have already been accepted into graduate level programs at Memphis Theological, Asbury Theological, and Wesley Biblical Seminary, and recent graduates of the Christian Counseling program have been accepted into Belhaven College, and Mississippi College graduate schools.
Professional studies degrees available at WC include: - Bachelor of Science in Biblical Literature;
- Bachelor of Science in Christian Counseling;
- Bachelor of Science in Christian Education;
- Bachelor of Science in Missions;
- Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Ministries;
- Bachelor of Science in Youth Ministries.
AdmissionDocuments required for consideration for admission:
1. A completed application for admission accompanied by a $20, non-refundable, application fee, and an autobiographical essay.
2. All academic records must be mailed directly to the Admissions Office.
- A complete official high school/college transcript - The student should request the transcript be sent to the Director of Admissions. Request forms are included in the application packet.
- Scores of the American College Testing (ACT) or Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) must be on file.
3. The MMR Verification, which includes a physician’s signature and record of receiving one MMR in the last 10 years or of receiving two MMR vaccinations exempt if born before 1957), must be completed.
4. Application for Housing must be accompanied with reservation deposit.
5. Three Personal References must be obtained by the student (see forms, top right).
