Since its foundation, the College has been providing the community of Cape May County with college education.
The main campus of ACCC extended across more than 540 acres in Mays Landing, New Jersey. At the beginning, the college was reffed to Atlantic Community College. It joined with Cape May County in 1999 and its name was changed into Atlantic Cape Community College. In 2005, the Cape May County Campus was opened.
ACCC provides students with a wide range of career and transfer degrees which leads to an Associate in Arts, Associate in Applied Science or Associate in Science degrees. Continuing education, professional development and training services are also at the college through the Casino Career Institute and the Academy of Culinary Arts.
Programs are designed to maximize students' success. Class sizes are small, that ensures students will receive enough of individual attention. Scheduling is flexible, allowing students to work around other commitments.
AccreditationAtlantic Cape Community College is accredited by The Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, a regional institution accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
AdmissionsAtlantic Cape Community College accepts all students who meet the admission requirements, regardless of gender, race, creed or national origin. The following requirements must be met when applying to ACCC: 1) students who are 18 years of age and older
; 2) students who hold a high school diploma or equivalency certificate from an accredited secondary school

Financial AidACCC has financial aid in the form of grants, scholarships, loans and work-study programs. A financial aid package may contain all four types. ACCC also offers aid to Veterans. Only students in a degree program can receive financial aid. Additionally, students who do not have a high school diploma or GED must demonstrate ability to benefit by obtaining a minimum score on the college Placement Test.
