Cabrillo College is one of the most highly regarded community colleges in the state for its success in the area of transfer and career education. Main purpose of Cabrillo College is to provide an accessible and effective learning environment, which aids students in their pursuit of transfer, career preparation, personal fulfillment, job advancement, and retraining goals.
Cabrillo College is an excellent place to start or continue college education. You may choose to earn an associate degree or a certificate, learn new skills, or transfer to a four-year university.
AdmissionEverybody 18 years or older may enter Cabrillo. You may also attend if you are under 18, provided you have graduated from high School or have a G.E.D. or are enrolled in one of our High School coordination programs. You can apply for admission simply by filling out your information online or apply by mail, fax or in-person and send your application to office.
Financial AidFinancial aid is used to pay for mandatory fees, books, transportation, room and board and other educational expenses while attending Cabrillo. There are such available types of Aid:
- Scholarships;
- Grants;
- Federal Family Educational Loans;
- Employment.
Awards are contingent upon the availability of funds. Cabrillo College reserves the right to adjust financial aid awards as necessary, if funds are insufficient.
