At Capstone Career College, our students have full lives. Pursuing an education and career development has to fit in with jobs, car pools, parent-teacher conferences, travel, and all the other demands of a busy life. Our students can create a learning experience that fits their individual needs so that new career alternatives are available to them.

What is important to notice, that is we use Blended Learning, a style that takes the best of instructor led classroom-style instruction, online learning, hands-on experience, and personal mentoring to provide a style of learning that is designed around the individual and can work in every life. Flexibility is the key to a hectic life and that is exactly what we offer our students; quality education and the flexibility to work around the challenges of adult responsibilities.

Our students have the incentive and the desire to get ahead. And until now, they haven’t had the tools to get there without making sacrifices they and their families were not able to make. Remember that we offer success that is designed for you!

However, there are things that make us unique. Those are our method of training and our focus on adults. But we are not trying to make adult lives work around high school style training. We have training that works around adult lives. And we expect a high level of maturity from our students to do that.

Our greatest challenge is to let people know about what we offer and our commitment to our students' success. We are involved with our community, government organizations, and businesses that will hire our graduates. We want people in our community to know more about us and our advantages.

Producing qualified graduates and watching them enter the industry of their choice is our main objective. We will continue to grow in both the type and number of programs we offer and in the services we provide our students. Eventually, we will open branches in Kitsap and Thurston counties.

We are able to provide adult learners with flexible classroom schedules, the ability to work from home or office via online curriculum, one-on-one attention from industry professionals, hands-on experience and the option to learn in the way they best retain new information.
