In addition to being the largest college in Nevada, CSN is also the most ethnically diverse higher education institution, with no ethnic majority, and is working hand-in-hand with Nevada’s growing Latino community and other minority populations to provide access to job training and general education credits.

Admission
CSN maintains an open door admissions policy. Everybody who can benefit from instruction at the college is welcome to enroll. The College has no pre-admission standards and does not require new students to provide transcripts of previous educational experiences. Students with previous college credits that want their credits to count towards their program at CSN may submit their transcripts to Office of the Registrar. Any U.S. citizen, resident alien or qualified international student who is 18 years of age,  or is a high school or GED graduate, may enroll in any general program offered by CSN.
