Kentucky Wesleyan College is affiliated with the United Methodist Church. AdmissionStudents planning to enter the College immediately following graduation from high school are encouraged to submit applications for admission during the fall semester of their senior year. All students must submit an official copy of his or her high school transcript, ACT or SAT scores and a completed application. Admission to the College will be based on a cumulative High School GPA, the results of either the ACT (American College Test) or the SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) and the student's extracurricular involvement. Applicants who do not meet admission standards but who are reviewed favorably by the Admissions Committee will be accepted with qualification or by full acceptance. For international students, transfer students, special students, senior citizens, auditors and housing deposit admission rules are different.

Student ServicesAt KWC, students are encouraged to develop all of the skills - intellectual, physical and social - that make the whole person. Students can become involved in clubs, societies and groups such as academic honors, Greek life, campus ministry, performance and special interest clubs, media and publications. Beyond the many organizations, KWC students can participate in intramural sports. In addition, Student Life offers the opportunity to explore and prepare for career placement and community service work through the Career Development and Community Service Center.
Career servicesThe Office of Career Development & Community Service at Kentucky Wesleyan is located on the second floor of Barnard-Jones Administration Building and provides opportunities for students and alumni. The Career Development portion of the office provides students and alumni with the knowledge and techniques necessary for becoming more marketable and finding satisfying employment.
