Lynn University admits a wide array of diverse students, from those with learning differences to the gifted, and those from many countries of the world and states across the nation.
Admission- Fill out an application and include a letter of recommendation from a high school counselor or teacher (freshmen), Dean of Students Recommendation Form (transfer students), a personal statement or essay.
- Send nonrefundable application fee.
- Submit official transcripts from all previous schools you attended.
- Submit your official SAT/ACT scores (freshmen only).
Applicants to the Conservatory of Music also need to audition and fill out an additional section of the undergraduate application. Applicants to the Comprehensive Support Program should submit WISC or WAIS scores taken within the last 3 years. International students have additional requirements for admission. When your file is complete, it will be evaluated for an admission decision.
Financial AidFinancial Aid staff is committed to helping you find the financial resources to fund your college education. Financial aid is any source of money that helps you to pay for your education. Common forms of financial aid include scholarships, grants and loans. All U.S. citizens and eligible non-citizens interested in applying for financial aid must complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). No application is required for Lynn's merit-based scholarships and state financial aid. The University automatically determines and awards Lynn scholarships to new students upon acceptance.
Regardless of the source of your financial aid — state, federal or institutional — you will receive an award letter from Lynn University including all the documents you're required to complete in order to receive funding.
