The college offers two-year, four-year, and graduate programs for its students. Monroe academic programs have been designed to increase student success to a maximum. Students who are serious-minded about their goals do best, especially because the college is equipped with well-developed support systems both in and out of the classrooms. Monroe College provides its students with three degree programs: Associate Degree Programs, Bachelor's Degree Programs and Graduate Degree Programs.

Admission
Acceptance to the college is founded on a full review of all presented materials that detail academic performance, accomplishments and activities. There are certain variations to the admissions process depending on applicant's personal considerations and program. All applicants need to have an Admissions interview. Applicants may apply in person, online or through regular mail.

Financial Aid
Monroe College is devoted to providing their students with surpassing service and access to Federal, State, as well as Monroe's Financial Aid programs. After students’ acceptance into the college, it is necessary that they meet their Financial Aid counselor to discuss their eligibility for grants, scholarships and loans. Monroe College makes a variety of scholarships available in addition to Federal and State Financial Aid to new freshman and transfer students to the Bachelor's Degree Program.

Monroe College office of Career Advancement provides professional advice and valuable services to assist students when they prepare for a career or simply need a part-time job. Every student at Monroe College has a Career Advisor, who offers one-on-one assistance with resume and letter writing, career decision-making and job search strategies. The Office of Career Advancement has many resources available for students at any stage of their college career, and even after graduation.
