A great amount of academic programs may be found at NSCC. The College offers associate degrees and a transfer program for students. This allows students to get an associate degree of arts, associate degree of science or a certificate.

Having more than 90 programs of study NSCC offers post-secondary education to 7,500 students each year. The College also provides lifelong learning opportunities to residents through cultural enrichment activities, workforce development training to businesses and individuals and community development resources.

Financial Aid
Most students count on some form of financial aid to assist in paying the cost of attending NSCC. The office of Student Financial Services at the NSCC offers information and assistance for prospective and current students concerning payments, school charges and financial aid for those who are eligible. Here the following types of Financial Aid are offered: Scholarships, Grants, Work-study, Loans and Veterans’ Benefits.

Career Services
Career Services assists students in searching career options. The staff of the Career Services Office works for selection of an appropriate program of study and work together with graduating students and alumni to locate and create satisfying work opportunities.
