Admission
All applicants must have a high school diploma from an endorsed secondary school or its equivalent. General Educational Development (GED) scores have to be converted into a State of Connecticut Equivalency Diploma.

Student’s application package must comprise:
     - a filled out signed application form;
     - a $50 non-refundable application fee;
     - SAT 1 or ACT test scores;
     - authorized copy of your high school transcript or its equivalent;
     - two letters of recommendation;
     - not obligatory: a personal essay and interview with a counselor.

Financial Aid
Western Connecticut State University offers financial aid to help qualified students meet their educational expenses. The staff of the Office of Student Financial Services is available to assist students in determining their eligibility for the various sources of aid available.
